was founded on the principle that we’d like to ‘get back to basics’ by providing valuable information to our clients so that they can make informed decisions about their roofing and building envelope assets. We utilize some of the tried-and-true industry techniques while leveraging newer technologies to help our clients manage their assets.
We are also of the belief that customer service seems to be a thing of the past, and we’re bringing it back! It is our aim to work with our clients to make sure that they receive timely service and communication, helpful information and accurate budget figures so that we can plan for maintenance and capital budget needs over the next 10 years.
With over 25 years experience in the industry, we make sure that you’ve got trained professionals on your projects who have your best interests in mind. Our inspectors are RRO’s (Registered Roof Observers) and have been trained on all different types of roofing products and systems. Our spec writers are up to date with the current building codes, roofing materials/systems and always provide options for the best roofing system(s) to match your needs and budgets.
