Building Envelope Assessments

Sometimes issues with air and water infiltration are not caused by the roof, but other building elements such as windows, walls, doors, foundations, etc. It is only by completing an in-depth assessment that we can really start to understand where the issue stems from. If there is a problem with the building envelope, typically; we will start with a visual inspection and an infrared scan of the wall components (if possible), to determine the nature of the issue.

Cloud 9 can also provide specification documents and quality assurance inspections to remedy the larger, more complicated issues, or we can provide daily inspections of smaller scope projects to ensure that all work is completed satisfactorily and on schedule.
