Roof Construction QA Inspections

Quality assurance inspections are an integral part of any construction project.  They are an important factor to ensure that the contractors are completing the project according to the specifications and/or construction documents.
Regularly scheduled site inspections will take place, however, we also employ a new on-site technology that allows us to monitor the site remotely, several times a day.  Both the client and the roofing contractor will also have remote online access so that they can log in and review the progress at any time during the project.
Progress reports with photos will be submitted to the client and the roofing contractor for each site visit, showing what was observed while on site, any issues discovered, noting that they were rectified, etc.  Only trained professionals with roofing experience (RRO – Registered Roof Observers) will be on-site to complete any/all roofing inspections.
