Managing roof leaks is one of the biggest issues that our clients tell us they struggle to get a handle on. Every roof leaks, it is only a matter of time before they show up as a wet ceiling tile, water dripping in the board room, or even damaged products and inventory that can no longer be shipped/sold.

Clients with multiple building portfolios can call 1 centralized number, and have a roofing contractor dispatched to their site. After the contractor has been to the site, the client will receive a comprehensive report with photographs, detailing exactly what was found and how it was fixed.

Our roof leak management system allows Cloud 9 to focus on getting your roof watertight ASAP. We can also follow-up with the roofing contractor to ensure that more extensive repairs have been completed, review invoices and provide progress reports and final inspections for reassurance that all repair work was performed properly.
